After calling the download section of the Ruthardt homepage PRIOR to the download procedure

Empty the Internet browser cache in order to access and display actual contents from the internet site.

Enter Ctrl + F5 or Left Click „Refresh“ in the menu „View“

Perform the download procedure of the desired file.

Background:

As outdated contents of an internet site may reside in the internet browser cache, the cache has to be emptied in order to access and display actual contents of the internet site.
